"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel Wass so convenient to the shopping and dining areas. We would come again. The only unexpected, though it could have been explained ahead of time, was that there was not a bathroom per se, rather a lavatory/vanity in the room itself. No biggie. We worked it out. "We really loved our stay here. The staff are exceptional, from housekeeping, to the spa, to the restaurant, to the front desk. Our room was so cozy. And the breakfast at Rascal was sooo good! I got the lemon ricotta pancakes two mornings in a row. We got a couples massage at the end of our stay, and it was divine. It’s hard for me to relax, but I felt amazing afterward. It did get a little noisy the last night we were there, but the front desk staff was so quick to get on it, and we were able to...

"William at the front desk is the best. He is very professional, proficient and extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. The room I was in unfortunately needed a bit of updating but overall the view out into the grass lawn was great! I saw a wild fox just casually walking around. Lots of dogs with their owners as it is very pet friendly property. Love it and I will return for another stay."
