This place is clean, staff friendly and a very convenient location. 5min from uptown and no more than 10 min from all the trail heads we went to.

This property is old and run down. The tub did not drain properly in room108. They added $ 17.00 for parking in their own property parking spaces….these are junk fees being added, especially since pandemic. The price of the room was over $340 (not worth it at all) plus additional parking fees not presented to us by Expedia or hotel reservation until arrival and shoved onto a “ parking permit”.Food: marginal for breakfast. Horrible arrogance by staff at desk…blamed it all on Expedia as third party. This leaves the customer whiplashed between two parties…the hotel and Expedia.
Outrageous corporate behavior. Hampton and Expedia better get their act together or face legal action. Even had the right name attached to the wrong address on receipt, but for some place in Nevada….blamed it on Hilton Honors and Expedia. Desk said they could not fix it now.
If you want my business you must perform…I expect to hear from both parties for this assault on the consumer.
