This was a good value for the money, right along the main highway. I did find several hairs in my room but nothing serious. They have a pool and hot tub, and also grab and go breakfast. Not a bad option if you are on a budget.

The Greentree had just one King Mountain View Suite become available on Expedia that was very close to a friend’s West Sedona hotel during a period when all hotels/ motels in the Greentree’s and my friend’s area of West Sedona were otherwise fully booked. One downside is that I had to go back and forth between my room - which was literally the furthest away from the front desk - and the front desk three times during five days to reset the room keys when both key cards unexpectedly stopped working and I couldn’t get into my room. There seems/ seemed to be an issue with the electronic key lock(s). A second downside is that there is no protein such as eggs and sausage available at breakfast - not even peanut butter. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Location is great, lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Sofa bed is terrible literally impossible to get good sleep, hopefully they switch to better mattress.

Helpful person at the front desk & found parking in front of room. A bit noisy & hard to have any natural light and privacy.
