Upon arrival, the elevators were down. Wifi did not work. Phones to call lobby said number was disconnected or not in service. Front desk gave a number to assist with the wifi, but when you call it just guves a busy tone. The breakfast buffet, pancake machine wouldnt work. Buscuits looked like they had been sitting there for hours. Had to scrape thr pan for the sausage gravy. No cinnamon rolls. The dinning room attendant was out side smoking cigarettes.

Great beds and pillows. Very comfortable. Quiet even when full. Great wheel chair access. Only negative, shower drain in bathroom did not drain well.

My front desk check in person.was so nice and helpful, especially since i checked in during Hurricane Milton and there was no power. She went above and beyond to get me into my room.
