We have stayed at this property quite a bit. It’s starting to get run down and needs to be refurbished. Wallpaper is coming off the walls and the floor coming in from the pool entrance is uneven and warped. I actually tripped and fell, but no harm. When I booked this reservation I requested a specific room due to my difficulty walking. I received an email back from the property telling me that they got my request and all is good and they’d be ready for us. That day they gave THAT room #243 away to someone else and put me further away from the exit!😡
Then our tv stopped working and no one came to even try to fix it after we called the front desk. A property functioning tv is a MUST for my husband!!! I don’t know if we’ll ever go back.
