Very friendly and helpful staff . Excellent exercise equipment. Wish there was a swimming pool.

Me too!! Well we can always dream (: I thank you for this review. We hope you are a loyal Woodspring guest and come stay again soon. Woodsprings will not have the pool, BUT we DO have a fully equipt kitchenette to save our guests money on eating out. 24 hour gym, and on site 24 hour laundry. The apartment set up is for longer stays. I appreciate your time. See you next time!

Bed was noisy. Check in took too long with extra chit chat late at night

Owners of property are obviously obsessed with running this hotel as cheaply as possible. Very few towels, no soap. Staff was lesz than pleasant.

I do apologize if the staff was not pleasant. We do NOT accept that here. We strive to make all of our guests happy. We appreciate your business. We ARE an economy hotel. All Woodspring have the same set up. "Simple done better" and we offer you a great price for a clean and safe hotel. We know we do not have all the bells and whistles a traditional hotel has. We are not for everyone BUT I feel like having information about us is of most importance. Reach out to the general manager next time if you stay. I will be happy to give you some extra towels and soap. (:
