Bus stop outside the hotel provides a 15 min bus ride right to the T-mobile arena! Staff we’re incredibly friendly and the makeup wipes they had in the rooms were AMAZING.

Very nice employees. Tried to get a discount for Military or senior. Expedia doesn't offer any. They helped me to get a discount. Very happy about that. They went out of there way!

Nice location, quiet and plenty of parking. Walkable to many dining options. The property has been upgraded in certain things, and not so in other areas. The rooms are nice and clean, good bedding. The bathroom didn't seem like it had been upgraded in quite some time. The toilet was super small. The showerhead was small and low flowing. There was no fan in the bathroom, but a small window in the shower that could open.
All in all, good value for the money. I would stay here again.

It was close to where we had a party in West Seattle. There is a bus stop next to the hotel that attracts very seedy characters. They were howling and yelling all through the night as the busses came and went.

The apple bread I had for breakfast had mold on it. I showed to the attendant informed them of the situation, and asked them to take action to prevent other customers from eating it, but they did not do so.

Loved our stay, Very friendly staff, Rooms were spotless, quiet neighbourhood, continental breakfast. Close to Uber or bus downtown, we will definitely be back. Thanks staff @ The Grove!
