Homeless crowded around outside of building. But I also understand that they really have no where to go.

Unfortunately some of Seattle's population has fallen under hard times. The city has worked hard to provide programs in order to assist some of these less fortunate people. Contemporary and theme was nice. Lack of parking was an issue. Loading and unloading was not convenient. Nice place to stay unless you drove.

Hello Meagan,Thank you so much for staying with us! We're glad you enjoyed the theme and decor of our property. We partner with 2 nearby lots which we did validate for you and you parked in. It's understandably frustrating that we do not have parking on site however our partnered lots help us alleviate the stress of finding parking in the city for our guests. We have a loading zone in front of the hotel for guests to unload and park before we validate parking for them and Bell street just to our left also functions as a loading zone for our guests. We're sorry to hear you had some difficulty however, our friendly and helpful front desk staff is happy to assist guests with finding and validating parking.
