Nice modern vibe, helpful frontline staff, and good branding (messaging) across diverse aspects of the service delivery—ranging from bicycles, to bathrobes, to the blinds in the bedroom. Wished they’d had onsite laundry facilities and room service for a slightly higher end experience (we were made to wonder if our room would be serviced at all, which really shouldn’t happen). A solid and mostly happy and fun stay.

Housekeeping service we offer every other day from your check-in to aid in conservation- but you're always welcome to ask for whatever you need! We can deliver everything necessary. Lovely boutique hotel. Clean, friendly, comfortable bed and lots of thoughtful features such as the water bottle, and games in lobby. The only concern is expensive parking, bathroom water pressue is low and given shampoo/con. Evey low quality.

Will definitely be coming back here again! The price point for the location and all around awesome customer service and epically soft bedding made our short but sweet trip just perfect. I appreciated the locked lobby door 8pm-6am as there is the “downtown” vibe you have to be aware of. Pizza A-Mart is the GOAT for delivery pizza,15min walk to Urban Calm Spa Massage for affordable hot stone massages, Tavolatá happy hour (4pm-6pm) were the highlights of our 2 day trip in Belltown! Free drink upon check in was lovely as was getting to request a mini fridge in the room for no additional cost. This is a perfect option to not break your budget and still feel like you’re getting a nice hotel room!
