We were local blackout refugees during this stay (due to the bomb cyclone) and we are extremely thankful for this stay. Our review is perhaps a bit biased because of that, but this property is CLEAN, QUIET, CONVENIENT. The staff members are all super helpful with their prompt responses, and we have plenty of compliments for the complementary breakfast! Thank you Residence Inn!

Property and rooms were nice, surrounding area was unsafe, lots of homeless pan handling and open use of drugs.
