Not a pleasant stay. Shower volume is so low, like an old man with prostate issues. Something was wrong with the fridge, noises all night long. The hair dryer is a nightmare. The breakfast was okay but not offering a good variety. Won’t stay again.

Visited late December-early January and they set out a hot cocoa bar to welcome guests back from all-day adventures in the chilly Seattle weather! The breakfast was awesome too

The place was clean and within a good distance to amenities. I like the fact that it had a kitchenette area where you get to cook or warm the food . It ticked all the boxes one would expect to find in a decent hotel.

The staff, specifically Lady and the guest services woman with the blonde hair extensions were the best! They were personable, helpful and made staying warm and inviting. We missed breakfast but Jeffrey, who was cleaning up after the breakfast service, was accommodating by getting a fresh pot of coffee available. I recommend staying here if you’re coming to Seattle!

Because I did the reservation through Expedia, you feel almost discriminated. I wanted to sign up for their rewards program and was told that I wouldn’t get points because I booked through Expedia, even though I tried to book directly with them but there was no availability ONLY through Expedia. They were like “Oh well, Sorry, you can call corporate and complain. During my 1 day $400 a night. I called the front desk to ask a question about Gym hours and nobody ever picked up…called 5 times at 7pm. Breakfast was a zoo and was out of almost everything. Not sure if I would go back or recommend.
