Very spacious room. Clean. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Very convenient to get to the airport which was the main reason for my stay. The only thing I’d suggest is to provide an electric pot in the room for making hot water.

I was not able to get the room that I paid for. I paid in advance via Expedia. I showed up late. The staff at the front desk said that I was a no show because I did not get there by 2 am. When I said that I had paid in full and wanted the room for the remaining hours they said no. I was a no show and since I did not call to tell them that my flight had been delayed by many hours it was my fault. They said they would only give me a room if I paid for ANOTHER room and made a new reservation. They took the money and would not provide me with a room.
The staff were following the policies and being completely inflexible. I would never stay there again or at a Radisson and I travel multiple times a year.

Pool was not stocked with clean towels. Didn't use. Room too dark not enough lighting.
