Very nice hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Location is perfect if you are planning on going to an event at Lumen Field.

My first time in Seattle as well as this hotel, for a business travel and conference. The hitel is located just 10 mins walk to famous place like Pike Place Market, and the view to the bay is excellent. I also ebjoyed very much the Charlotte Restaurant and Bar at the 16th floor which overseeing the whole sunset.

Customer service was impeccable. Stunning views of the city and Elliott Bay. Elegant design throughout the rooms and the bathroom with the tub was splendid.
Great overall experience at hotel Lotte. Did I mention that exceptional customer service?
