the cleanliness is superb. the staff are nice and quick at check in. Extra towels were great too.

We felt very safe at this property. Also, it was easy to get good sleep. The Hotel was very quiet. Left early for work and they had security in the parking lot.

Stayed here the night before leaving for my Alaskan cruise. Staff were friendly. Allowed to check in early and get some rest. Shuttle driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast options were good. Would definitely stay here again.

Hampton Inn is usually good. The only gripe I have is that the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned well. I can feel the dirt all under my foot when I go in there. Housekeeping did not wipe the floor down at all.

The property was being remodeled. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable either.

I paid for a reservation with a king bed and got a queen bed instead. It was paid weeks in advance and they didn't honor what I paid for said they were sold out of king beds.
