The 2 bedroom wS excellent for 4 adults. The master bathroom was really small & outdated. The hotel as a whole could use updating. The breakfast was excellent. We always enjoy staying at Embassy Suites, however, this property needs a complete renovation.

It’s an older style hotel, not bad. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice. Staff were friendly. Didn’t make the breakfast in time as it begins at 7:30 on weekends. Worse part of the stay was and NO hot water. I was bathing 2 kids and 2 infants and it was pure torture. Gentleman at the front desk gave us a vacant room that supposedly had hot water to use but nope still cold water. Super disappointing.

Location is good, daily parking rates are high. In general the property needs updating. Corner of the carpet in the lobby towards the elevator worn and missing about 2’, cording in sofa upholstery frayed in room 725. I understand the age of the property, but minor renovations in public area would do wonders.

Our room was directly over an event room and they had a band playing music until almost midnight. We asked to be moved after they told us (Eric A.-manager) “What do want me to do about it”. Well considering we paid for a room that should have been reasonably quiet- he should have offered a different room- which he did not- when asked if there was anyway that the band could lower the level of percussion- his response was no. He, alone, has made me and my family never want anything to do with this brand hotel

The breakfast was awesome. I don’t understand how a “complimentary” shuttle can cost $13 for up to 4 people but that’s just nit picky.

First we were given a room that people were already in. Imagine a shock we recite when we opened the door and people were already staying in that room. We were given another room. Next from having such a long day at the airport and flights my daughter was over tired and had an accident I took the sheets off the bed and informed the desk. We left out for the day to sight see and came back to the same sheets being put back on the bed. When I called the desk about it it was like they acted so what’s the big deal. And even when they came to change the sheets I had to make them change the padding and all because they were only going to changed the fitted and top sheets. Then in the middle of the night I woke up to water pouring out of the vent in the bathroom and had to call them about that. By morning the carpet in front of the bathroom was soaking went that it squashed under your feet. We were suppose to stay there on our trip back in from the cruise before we flew back out in a couple of days but sure enough I cancelled it because of all the issues. I would not recommend this hotel anyone.
