Very attentive staff. Clean building, rooms and facilities. Walkable to Lynwood skytrain station. Would stay again. Stayed in the accessible bathtub suite and it would have been great if it had a proper shower head as well. It had a small rinsing head mounted halfway down that wouldn’t stay straight and was constantly falling down. Had to hold the shower head with one hand and wash with the other.

Good place to stay for shopping trips to Sherwood mall and area.

Had to pay for parking. I thought it should come with the price of the room. Also Wi-Fi was pretty non existent unless you are part of their Hilton honors program.

Very pleased with the atmosphere and unique layout of the property. The breakfast was AMAZING! Custom order omelet/egg station was 5 stars.
The hot tub was very cloudy, and not inviting. The beds/frame was due for replacement.
Overall will stay again.

Stephanie/Steph and Katrina or Helena ( semi unusual name) ?( i forgot her name, but she has blond hair) breakfast group, anyway they were very very sweet and helpful. They made our stay that much better. The one thing that was not great was the room was really really hot. Putting the temp down, did not help at all. But the breakfast ladies were outstanding!
