An absolute gem, warm and welcoming
Posted 26 Oct 2020 on HotelsWhat an absolute find this B&B is, Lisa & Dean are really warm, and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble, fantastic breakfasts and evening meals, a lot of little extra touches that make a big difference, like fresh milk for your room and big bath towels ! Really comfortable beds, lovely linen, topped off with a sea view. We’ve stayed in places all over the world, and this one left us smiling and working out when we can go back. Forgot to mention the homemade flapjacks in our room 😁

Lisa and Dean were the best hosts. The room was homely and spotless, with a great selection of hot drinks. We had a sea view and it was lovely waking up being able to look out. The breakfast was top notch, with a selection of hot and cold options. Highly recommend the full english!
There's a little bar onsite too, which made for a great chill spot before leaving for dinner

Dean and Lisa offered an enthusiastic and warm welcome. They take enormous pride in their B&B, which is in a great location with wonderful views of the sea.

Posted 5 Jan 2020 on HotelsWe spent 2 nights at Mariners after New Year and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lisa and Dean were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was lovely with an excellent choice of locally sourced products and we appreciated the nice incidentals such as fresh milk for tea in our room.
There is also a nice bar with lots of drinks choices.
Mariners is well worth a visit.
