It is inexpensive, but bare bones. Best part- close to the beach and boardwalk. No shower cap, no shampoo, no hair dryer. Rusted mini frig in the room next to huge stain on the floor. Lobby door is locked at 9 pm in the colder months, so need to check in before then or ring a bell and wait.

The mattress and bedding need an upgrade.
The shower head sounds too loud.

This was a nice stay. Very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were absolute studs, the pool was nice and clean. It was quiet and only a block from the beach. Extremely convenient. AND you get beach passes with your room! The place needs some major updating like the kitchen in the room looking like its from the 1960s lol. Stayed in room 24, the fan in the bathroom is about to fall out of the ceiling, I would look into that before it falls on someone.
I'll def return though. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves!

Pool should be heated. Air conditioner was making a horrible sound. Fridges can be updated.

Old property, difficult to unlock the door, no shampoo or soap, had to request, only few towels. Nice bar and restaurant, large pool, close to the beach but had to drive to boardwalk

The hotel and staff are friendly but dated and tired. There are zero amenities. I can say the bathroom was clean and the room smelled better than it looked but that’s about it…
