The location is excellent. The staff are nice and very helpful. They respond quickly. The property itself is old. Fridge was making ticking noise, the water on the tub when taking a shower doesn’t drain well(water get collected and youre like showering and bathing the same time, the sliding door to the balcony doesn’t lock and the balcony smells like dog poo, the couch have dog hair. If you have a pet, it’s a perfect place to stay. But if you don’t and are allergic to cat or dog, it’s not the place to stay.

I've been going to this hotel with my Mom since I was young, and now I take my boys. Great location, friendly staff and the price is right.

This property is a former Shilo Inn that has't been renovated. We had a hole in the kitchen where the dishwasher would be, Soft spots in the floor, A low crooked toilet, old carpeting, a gad fireplace that would occasionally make a popping noise (We quit using it), and a curiously rewired stove with burners that didnt correspond to the dials on the front.

Plumbing in the bathroom wasn’t working properly, toilet flushed super slow and sand bubbled up in the tub when you flushed it. We called the front desk they sent maintenance, and all he did was clean the tub. We had an ocean view room, but you can’t see out the sliding glass door because there is condensation trapped between the glass. The beds were extremely hard and very uncomfortable. The property is just generally run down, however I guess they are new owners and are in the process of making improvements.
