Plumbing in the bathroom wasn’t working properly, toilet flushed super slow and sand bubbled up in the tub when you flushed it. We called the front desk they sent maintenance, and all he did was clean the tub. We had an ocean view room, but you can’t see out the sliding glass door because there is condensation trapped between the glass. The beds were extremely hard and very uncomfortable. The property is just generally run down, however I guess they are new owners and are in the process of making improvements.

My problem was not the property. My problem was I paid for an oceanfront premium view room and that is not at all what I got. It was Expedia's fault. The hotel was full and there was nothing they could do.

Would definitely book again! Excellent customer service, we were helped right away. Beautiful hotel with easy walkable distance to beach and shops! Within 2-5 mins walking distance to food, beach, and shops. Would highly recommend.
