I NEVER leave poor reviews, but this was the worst experience I have had with a hotel. The room had cigarette smoke baked into the walls, the desk chair was broken, there was a moldy slice of pizza in the fridge, and there were stains on the bed sheets. There was no reply calling the front desk and there were fireworks going off nearby until the late hours of the night. Awful experience.

I realize it’s near Monterey and hotels can charge more, but I didn’t think it was worth the 250.00 per night. There was rust in the bathroom, the window in the bathroom appeared to have a film on it which was peeling off, hair on the shampoo bottle, the towel hanger was off center. It appears it was hastily remodeled. Clean yes but a regular best western is better for the money.

It has been remodeled and is clean. A lot of noise from the road and parking lot. Concerned about door as it seems to have been kicked in before.

Rooms are in desperate need of detail cleaning. Our room window didn’t have a screen. No locks on the RR window. Dust on the baseboards, around sink area. Appears to be black mold around the tub. Window has a protective sunscreen on it but it was all ripped. Room smelled musty. I have stayed here once before in May and thought give it one more chance. Not sure I will again. Young man at check in was AMAZING!

lovely, small, quiet hotel. Beautiful landscaping, so many different flowering plants. Friendly, helpful staff, quite knowledgeable about amenities in the area. Talk to Stephan for a map :) Property area is immaculate. Area around the property and outside the hotels control is under development and a bit ragged/dirty. My only gripes, which most people wont have are that there is no real area for pets and that I don't like Keurig or Starbucks coffee - so I went without! No major loss LOL. I would stay here again, and again.
