Since the unit is a well-equipped 2Be/2Ba condo, we had no reason to leave the entire time. The timer-controlled gas fireplace is a wonderful comfort. Unfortunately even with two pools and two hot tub spas, we were deterred from going in them even once because there were SO MANY KIDS ALL THE TIME. Even if it weren't for the screaming and crowding, there's no way I'm getting in that water after all those kids. If you're a family with kids, this is probably the place for you. If you're like us and just a couple of adults looking for R&R, maybe keep looking for someplace calmer.

Mexican timeshare - you are attacked! No pots / pans as advertised. Run down property. (for the price) Do not bother reaching out to a manager, young kid - rude, rude, rude

The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was all the loud noise till 10:00pm of children screaming.

The facility itself was clean and perfect for our weekend stay. Everything was very comfortable. What I did not enjoy was the check-in process. After the front desk checked me in, he sent me across the lobby to the concierge desk where they attempted to tell me that my room came with a free week stay. Then when they went through processing information, it wasn’t free and required a $40 deposit and that I attend a timeshare meeting. All this is going on while my kids are waiting in the car. It was frustrating and if I do ever stay here again, I know now to tell them I don’t want anything and to please just give me the facility bracelets and then head out. I just want to stay somewhere for vacation with my family and maximize family time, not navigate turning down sales pitches.

Nice room. Excellent location, best possible in seaside. Awesome pool and spa area. Friendly staff. Easy beach access. Poor checkin experience. Room not ready at agreed upon time, no communication when room was finally ready. Had to return to front desk to ask. Overall 8.5/10 enjoyable stay but need to improve checkin experience.

Not only did we have to wait an additional 3 hour for our room to ready, the room was extremely dusty. The top of the fridge was dirty. I have been being promised for three days now that the manager would be calling. Normally this place is amazing but this is the worst experience I have ever had!
