Since the unit is a well-equipped 2Be/2Ba condo, we had no reason to leave the entire time. The timer-controlled gas fireplace is a wonderful comfort. Unfortunately even with two pools and two hot tub spas, we were deterred from going in them even once because there were SO MANY KIDS ALL THE TIME. Even if it weren't for the screaming and crowding, there's no way I'm getting in that water after all those kids. If you're a family with kids, this is probably the place for you. If you're like us and just a couple of adults looking for R&R, maybe keep looking for someplace calmer.

Nice room. Excellent location, best possible in seaside. Awesome pool and spa area. Friendly staff. Easy beach access. Poor checkin experience. Room not ready at agreed upon time, no communication when room was finally ready. Had to return to front desk to ask. Overall 8.5/10 enjoyable stay but need to improve checkin experience.

Not only did we have to wait an additional 3 hour for our room to ready, the room was extremely dusty. The top of the fridge was dirty. I have been being promised for three days now that the manager would be calling. Normally this place is amazing but this is the worst experience I have ever had!

Amazing resort. Staff made it even more luxurious with too notch service. Absolutely amazing Location steps from the sand to the west, and all fun attractions, shops, restaurants, and Aquarium as well. Heated pool and hot tubs over looking the beach was a big family hit! The pool is the best at the beach. Outside, heated, and with a beach view. Due to Covid it had to be reserved and there were much fewer people than usual which was nice.
