The room was not clean, which was disappointing. The bedsheet had noticeable stains, and there were brown marks on the walls in both the bathroom and the main room. The soap dispenser had sticky, caked-on dust, and the conditioner dispenser in the shower was filled with hand soap. Additionally, the bathroom door didn’t shut properly—it could be pushed open easily, even when it appeared locked. While this wasn’t a major issue for me as a solo traveler, it could be problematic for others. I want to emphasize that the staff was professional and courteous throughout my stay, but the overall cleanliness of the room was lacking.

Limited parking and was not well kept, the overall property. The towels were very thin.

We were here for car week, so it was very convenient and easy to get to the freeway and pebble beach. It was a decent room for 2, upstairs. Beds were comfortable, but the frame was noisy ( not terrible). Could use a bit of dusting , and more hooks in the bathroom and vanity area for clothes/towels. A luggage rack or table would also be nice as well. We found it quiet, decent area ( we felt safe ). Staff was always helpful.

This property was horrible!!!!!! The location was awful trying to find and turn into the hotel.One little tiny section to turn off the curb. The representative or owner or whoever he was- Absolutely horrible, of the Indian descent that could barely speak English. He was very very rude. My tub in room 225 was stopped up, probably from the previous person that had the room. All of the sheets were stained with bodily fluids, which was absolutely disgusting! The walls had bodily fluids on them as well. The headboard was stained with handprints or feet prints or some type of body prints, which was disgusting. When you first walked into the room, they had the smell of bleach which I still saw stains all over the floor. Pubic hairs all in the tub and elsewhere in this small hotel room. They gave us one toilet paper roll, and we had to request another, which they would not give us at the time- they made us wait an hour for us to come down to pick up the toilet tissue paper. They did not deliver the new sheets and blanket on the bed… I had to go get this from the housekeeper, I had to wait outside for them to give me new sheets . Whatever you do -do not go to this DUMP!!!! Just awful. I complaineto the guy at the front desk and he did not help me. He was very rude and very argumentative and would not refund my money. I have to contact the bank to get my money back. In the middle of the night, there were noisy patron of this hotel, and it was a awful experience to say the least!

Dump guest finds everything dump around them and you are one of them. If anyone has this many problems from the first day, they don't stay for 2 nights. If you had lot of problem, you should have checkout as soon as you checked in. But that is not the case; after staying 2 nights all of a sudden you found all the problem at a time of check-out. It was nice trick to get refund, but we are here for business, and we often see guests like you. We respect the guests who respect us, and you are not one of them.

Cons: You can hear the doors open and shut throughout the day and night. No bathtub running water option, capped spout. Shower had ok pressure. Not great but not bad. No elevator for those who cant use stairs. Pros: inexpensive property to stay. Comfortable beds. Close to convenient store and short drive to cannery row. Plenty of towels and coffee pods provided.
