"The location is perfect for the town and the beach. The room on the first floor has concrete floors but is easy to keep clean. The room was clean. It’s bare bones but that was all we needed. You can hear the people walking above you so that makes it a little hard to sleep but they give you earplugs. The staff was very nice. The parking was good. "

"Our stay was good until it came night time and the people above us sound like elephants walking and their animals running the track like they’re on a race, track and loud, throughout the night. So needless to say we didn’t sleep very well. The staff was great!! "

"We had a very nice overnight here! We arrived early for check-in, but the front desk clerk was super sweet and gave us a room anyway. The room was very pleasant and had a little balcony overlooking the river. There’s a nice pool and hot tub, and fire pits with seating in the back yard. They serve fresh cookies in the evening and a small breakfast in the morning. The property is within easy walking district of Broadway and the Prom. I highly recommend!"

"The property is nostalgic. We liked the cabin we stayed in. Our was the one without a table in the living room. But we just use the chairs from the kitchen. They do offer free coffee and pastries for breackfast. The staff was super friendly. If we go again it will be there. "

"Everything was great, maybe the only downside was the tv was a little small, but hardly worth mentioning. Bathroom was good, shower pressure was great, comfy beds, nice balcony, good breakfast, and the pool, hot tub and sauna were great. Staff was very helpful and friendly too!
