The door barely closed, you could see light . through the entire edge of door. Bed was broken, shower knob was broken and hard to turn water on and off, noone asked if we needed extra towels which were hair towels not body towels, many soft spots in the flooring outside of the rooms. The only positive was we were close to the beach. The rooms were definitely over priced for the conditions.

Sheets were dirty on check in staff were rude showers were broken only cold water

The room was in disrepair and smelled terrible. Loose tiles around the shower. Toilet seat fell off. Broken bed springs. Gaps in the wall around the ac unit. Shortened our stay. Only stayed the first night because we arrived late and had pre-payed online. Couldn’t wait to leave. One very good thing was the proximity to the boardwalk. Across the street from an entrance ramp. Pool looked nice but we didn’t stay to enjoy it.

The boardwalk is a half a block away and right in the heart of it with all the rides just a few steps away.
