The place its self was absolutely fine, easy parking, clean and nice staff.
We had spoken to the hotel before booking and had put a note in our booking that we would need a shower we could step into. This was not allocated. We were given a room with a sunken bath so we were unable to use this for mobility reasons. When we asked on arrival they said it was not possible to change rooms and it wasn’t on the booking. It was! We were there before check in and had lunch in the pub. Spoilt our stay.

Lovely place to stay with a good beer garden and lovely river out back . Bed was comfy , food was nice and staff were friendly.

As an over night stop over this was a great venue. The staff were very friendly and accommodation exactly as advertised.

Posted 15 May 2024 on HotelsThis was a business trip and the pub was the closest B&B, I found the staff fantastic always eager to help in anyway they could the owner of the pub was first class this coupled with great food and a good range of bears on draft made my stay excellent. I would fully recommend both the B&B as well as the pub first class many thanks Dave.
