The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food very nice, but they have a carpet issue between the kitchen area, leading to the communal toilets!

The hotel was very nice ,food was beautiful and reasonably priced . Staff where very friendly .definitely recommend it

Would recommend this hotel excellent food,facilities cleanliness and staff were very helpful.only fly in the ointment was the cost of a beer.

We stayed in a family room, really clean and spacious. Staff are super friendly and breakfast was fab. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the shops/bars in Seahouses and we would definitely stay again.

Checking in wasn’t the best experience. We arrived slightly earlier and advised room wasn’t ready and advised to sit in the bar and lounge and we would be notified when room available. Check in was 3.00pm. By 3.30pm we started to feel a bit frustrated as we had travelled some good hours and we wanted to get changed to make our journey to Holy Island before the causeway flood. We had made a booking there. It turns out we had more or less been forgotten for the check in and it was only when we approached reception that we got this sorted. It just didn’t feel very welcoming and we didn’t feel valued as a guest. Also when we went to bed all we could hear up to midnight was a noise that sounded like a laundry dryer working which kept us both awake!
