Our key wasnt working and the front desk a while to get the door open. It was 3am so it was a very inconvienanf time to have to sit in the lobby.

I stayed here with my husband for our Wedding, and I wish I could say that our stay was well spent, but that couldn't further from the truth. The man was absolutely rude at the front desk, with absolutely no compassion. I called down to request towels and blankets to be brought to my room, and he told me I had to come to the front desk to get them. When I refused, he huffed and said "fine, give me 5 minutes". When he finally came to the room, all I recieved was one extra blanket and one extra sheet, no towels. And don't get me started if you want to pay with cash, they give you a hard time, they charge your card first, to then offer a refund which takes 3-5 business days to be refunded back into your account. I will NEVER return to this establishment!

The hotel was clean. We always love to stay at a Holiday Inn hotel. We travel a lot for our children competition and It's always a safe choice for us knowing that the service is always great, the room is clean and quiet and the beds are always comfortable.
BUT this time, there were kids running in the hallway and knocking on doors at 10 PM. We went down to the front desk and asked to see the manager. After explaining that our children need to have a good night sleep because they need to wake up early for a competition, he said he was going to leave a note. That's it.
We understand that children needs to move but come on, have some respect for others that stay in the hotel too.
For sure, we will not be staying in that hotel again next time we are in town. It's too noisy.
