"The hotel was lovely upon entrance and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. the rooms were absolutely lovely with awesome views of the city- beds were comfortable and the space/bathrooms were all very clean!"

"The room was very clean, quiet & comfortable. The location was so convenient to the waterfront & many restaurants. The restaurant downstairs had a fabulous breakfast with great service. The only criticism I have: We asked for our final bill at check out to be split evenly 3 ways & that took an extremely long time. "

"Very friendly desk staff but be prepared to use self check-in and self checkout kiosks. Room was kind of interior with back B of building views but configuration added sound proofing from street noise. Good shower and newly refurbished room. Great location for walking Seattle. "

"It was very close to the train to take us to downtown as well as a free shuttle to the airport. Clean and comfy beds and a great breakfast to start the day. Friendly staff and very helpful front desk staff. "

"This was a last minute book since we had an 17 hr layover, I honestly just wanted a bed to sleep in until our next flight. The shuttle was easy to use, and they came about 15 min after we called them. The room was beyond my expectations, it was almost a nice little “last vacation day” gift before we go home. "

"I enjoyed the modern facilities and location. Staff were great. New rooms that are a little smaller than other hotels, but the use of space was extremely efficient and it was a really comfortable stay. Smart devices for everything that could be controlled with my phone. No iron in the room but there was an ironing station on each floor. I felt very safe traveling alone. The area was walkable even late at night and many local attractions such as pike place market and waterfront. Close to free waterfront shuttle and public transportation. Would stay again"
