The girls/women were really helpful, friendly and polite.
The food was delicious and a great portion.
The bar was warm with a good atmosphere.
The chalet we had was clean, warm and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable.

Posted 23 Sep 2024 on HotelsEasy check in at the bar and a friendly welcome. Car park was big enough to find a space at the rear. Room was clean and cosy, and I slept soundly. DIY breakfast in the room, though hot meals available for those planning a longer stay. Good, honest establishment and great value for money.

The room was a good size with plenty of room for 2 people to stay comfortably. There was a fridge with a large bottle of drinkable tap water.
The bed was okay but I have a bad back so brought a single topper with me.
The staff were lovely and helpful. The TV remote wasn’t working so the lady swapped it for me. She also got me an extra bottle of water every day.

I tried to cancel this booking but was unable to and Hotels.com isnt very helpful when trying to do this. I spoke with the property owner and he was unable to cancel the booking either.
