I had stayed at this hotel previously but this time was a horrible experience. The people staying in the room right beside us were extremely loud and carried on all night. We did not sleep at all. Made several attempts to call down to front desk and no one would answer! Could not find anyone to help deal with this situation!! Very highly disappointed!

I liked the way it was off the main road. Made it a nice and quiet stay

Peter at the front desk was very nice and welcoming during our check-in process. The room was as pictured and clean for our stay. The shower was very spacious and had great water pressure. Breakfast had a mix of grab and go and hot food options to satisfy everyone. It's great property and would recommend anyone to stay!

The rooms at Sleep Inn and Suites at Dunmore were a nightmare. I first signed in a room in which the door did not open correctly and the toilet was very wobbly and had stain marks all over it. The front desk, however, was very cooperative and assigned me another room in which the sink didn’t drain and overflew quickly, so I couldn’t even brush my teeth. In addition, the sheets and bed cover had stains on them, which made it very unpleasant to sleep on. Upon departure I got stuck in the room and couldn’t get out because the door was out of alignment and once locked it got stuck. I had to call the front desk to come and rescue me. The front desk is the best thing in this hotel. They are courteous, helpful and considerate. The breakfast was OK, but I found the choice of yogurt with artificial sweeteners to be a poor choice.
