"Clean. Staff were a bit disorganized and the price was quite high. Lovely pool area. The bartending staff was fantastic."

"LOVED: bathrobe in room, fridge, water (both still and sparkling) available on all floors!, fabulous workout room, two great pools and grounds were lovely, plush towels, comfy beds, blackout drapes, quiet, private deck, coffee and grab and go-bar near pool, lunch options, great large shower and shower head. Staff is super friendly and helpful TO KNOW: $25 a day to park, no mini splits so air coming on and off can impact some light sleepers (me), food in restaurant (and drinks) very overpriced. Otherwise, it was a top-notch escape!"

"The WiFi didn’t work. The room was disgusting, out of date, and extremely moldy. The ice machine broke, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while, and despite the info on Hotels.com, there was NO RESTAURANT on site. Just a sushi bar kind of close by. I am pretty sure AI was used to make the posted photos look palatable. We were completely hoodwinked into staying there and spending so much to do so. Proceed at your own risk. "

"While the property was beautiful in interior and we were so looking forward to hanging out at the pool…unfortunately, there was no service at pool and because of the location of the pool, no sun as the building created shade on the beds from the time we got there at 10am until we left at 2pm. No tan for me! The restaurant is pretty…the constant partying for the four nights we were there traveled up to our room. Fortunately, it eventually died down but in the morning as we went out for a walk there were so many shot glasses littering the small valet drive…we did have one other hiccup…the housekeepers would get to our room 1st before we were ready to leave the room. We asked them to come back later and they never did. We had left the room at 10am and returned at 4 to change for dinner. So at 4pm on our way out I asked front desk to please have room done for us.came back at 9pm and the trash was taken out and a set of clean towels were left on the corner of our bed. No cleaning no had been done, no replacement of paper to go coffee cups no bed made..never had this happen to me before from Hilton. Super surprised by that…in a nutshell, if you are coming to Scottsdale to party it’s the place for you! It is a very happening place…if you are co Ing to relax catch a spring training game…maybe consider a quieter place. Just my two cents"

"We loved the west pool with the bar, it was the perfect spot for us to relax. The resort seemed a little fancy for our family but a very nice place to visit. We appreciated the guard checking for hotel keys to keep rowdy casino goers out of the hallways and pools. The property felt very safe overall. "
