This place definitely needs some tlc but overall i felt safe and it was a decent clean place to stay.

Red Roof Inn used to be a really good place, no matter where you were. This one was a dump. While it was clean, the room was in disrepair. Water damage to the walls in the bathroom. The electrical was tripping breakers if you dared turn on the coffee pot and the fridge was dirty. Its not like it was in a bad area. Right next to Walmart and all kinds of restaurants, McDonalds connected to the parking lot. It looked like it was well filled as there was only two empty slots in the parking lot. Just looks poorly managed.

This was the nastiest place I have ever stayed. They were rude. We asked to switch rooms because of bugs on the walls and the ceiling and were told the manager would be upset. We finally switched rooms and it was just as bad. Bugs on the walls, hair in the sink. Dirty towels, people walking outside room all Night smoking pot which got sucked into our room by the air conditioner. Beds had huge stains. We actually left on the second night and got a room across the street. This place needs to be shut down by the health dept.

Decent stay for the price.

Arrived at around midnight for 2 night stay. The lobby is locked, a bullet proof window with a doorbell had a note that said Sold Out. The attendant seemed annoyed to have to check me in (we went to the Festival in Louisville and check in wasnt until 3p so had to check in after the days events. Room was surprisingly clean, bed wasnt great but was doable. Never got thw TV remote to work but was fine just sleeping. AC was great, hot cold water was backwards but the attendant warned us in advance so again no problems. Key wasnt set up for both nighta so when we got back saturday night had to ring the bell for assistance but attendant was friendly and fast. All in all was better than expected for the price and some of the reviews. Would stay again I think.
