Nice and cheap compared to surrounding hotels. It seems like an older building. Breakfast was a good hotel breakfast. Nice and hot. Check in and check out was easy.

The bedroom tv did not work, there was no lightbulb in the living area light, there was a cobweb on the bedroom ceiling that look like it was there for several years. Not a typical Hampton!!! Very disappointed.

Check at desk was great, but this is twice in a row that I did an online checking with Hilton Honors and selected my room. When I got to the hotel the online check in did not take and had to do it all bet again

The property and room were very nice. Clean, quiet and we had a very nice breakfast. The only issues was early arrival. I called ahead and was told to call day of since the were full Friday. I did and was told the room would be ready. It was not and the young man manning the desk was not very helpful. The young lady checking us in at midnight was wonderful. Bright, smiling and welcoming at midnight. Her customer service made up, in part, for the person earlier a the desk.

I am sorry the room wasn't ready but when we are full we can't always guarantee early check in but if possible we do for sure. I am glad the midnight person was friendly. Check in was very quick and staff very helpful. Clean room and comfortable bed.
