Curtain brackets and curtains falling off wall. No one ever at front desk, have to call a phone # to get them to come to desk. Whole building smelled strongly of disinfectant..needs aired out. No vending machines. Someone walking outside along building trying to get in windows.

This place was clearly under construction. Wires hanging from the ceiling, ladders all over the place, it looked like part of the ceiling caved in at some point. I think i was the only guest. The pool didnt have water, there was no breakfast, and the wifi barely worked. I had to ask one of the construction workers how to log on. The room I was in had molding that was falling off the window frame, and peeling off the floor. I can't believe that this place is allowed to be open.

I never even stayed there she wouldn't even take care of me she cussed at me and I think you guys charge my card anyway when I didn't even stay at your hotel so hopefully you didn't

There is a cancellation fee if a reservation was not canceled 24 hours prior.

We could not check in the property was unlocked but no one was on site after waiting over an hour we called trvelocity and requested out money back and cancellation of our room

DONT, JUST DONT!!!

This is horrible! First there is only ONE employee, and there is obviously too much for one person. On check in, there weren't any key cards, she said she was waiting for someone to bring some and she would bring them as so as she could. Ok... then she disappeared before we had a chance To ask for the WiFi password. Figured we would get it with the key card. In the room, the floors were really dusty. But everything else looked clean. We called the desk about the key cards and to ask for towels as there were none. She said she would be here in just a minute with them. In the meantime, while waiting for her to show up, we found out the DOOR DOES NOT LOCK!!! Even with the deadbolt turned, a person on the outside of the room can just walk right in!! Tried several more times to call the desk, since the only double room they have is 2 miles from the front desk!! No answer. Can't leave a message. So, finally set the night chain (not feeling secure at all!!) And went to sleep. This morning I called the desk again. On the 3rd try the same overworked lady answered the phone. When I told her of the issues here and asked to be moved to another room closer to the doors, and with a working door locks, or give me a refund. She said there were no more double bed rooms closer to the doors and they don't do refunds. I said "Excuse me?? What do you mean no refunds??". She stated that the owner doesn't do refunds. We left! HINT: go to the website for the hotel to get the actual reviews!!

Good location and value. No towels in the room. Had to ask twice. Four day stay and housekeeping never showed.
