"Place is clean, spacious. We had such a great time. Large area to cook and have a meal with family. Host is great with giving directions and communicating through out our stay. I highly suggest this place. "

"The actual site was great. Staff were friemdly enough. Lots of hidden costs added whilst tour the air con example is €7 a day. Mobile homes are tired need renovation. No cleaner cam for 10 days then camp site tried billing us to clean it at the end. We refused has we have been cleaning it daily. Restaurants are really expensive."

"Great location in a not so touristy area compared to others. Nice property and very quiet given location. Bed was so comfortable and aircon was good. Did have to keep pressing the max button to get it cold but no issues. Great location "

"Convenient to train station, close to bus transport to Venice. Check in was smooth and we took advantage of the luggage story since we arrived before check in time. Some upgrading is being done and our room had a newer bathroom compared to one of our other travel companions. There is carpet in the rooms which is quite dated and could use replacing. "

"Great place to stay…fantastic location, just round the corner from St Mark’s Square. Lovely breakfast, good selection of hot and cold food. Room was very comfortable, clean and great condition - upgraded from classic double. Staff all friendly and super helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if back in Venice."

Perfect style, location, and hospitality

"My experience was phenomenal here. I stayed in the honeymoon suit for 2 nights, and standard room for 1 night. Both rooms were beautiful and clean. The honey suit view have me and my friend the perfect selfie pictures with the bridge! My room was so cute and the staff was amazing and accommodating. They checked me in pass checkin in hours and also helped set me up for my early morning flight. Breakfast was delicious and fresh everyday! I highly recommend staying here. And if you're expecting a modern design, this place isn't for you but if you want a true Italian experience, this is your hotel!"

"Navigating the hotel was a minor challenge. Which elevators service what part of the hotel... The hotel provides a low cost water taxi service to and from San Marco square which is dedicated to the hotel. The Skyline bar has great views, but we suggest venturing out and to the local cafe's. The room was nice, large with 2 doors that opened onto the courtyard. The thermostat wanted to keep the room much warmer that we liked, even turned down, it did not matter, so we opened the doors to let in the cool night air. Opening the doors does shut off the heat/AC... We traveled off season, so it was a bit damp and the air was cool. They do suggest during the warmer months to not open the doors as it will let bugs in. The staff were very helpful and friendly. "
