A very mixed bag.
The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony.
The room was large, comfortable and clean.
The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response.
There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever).
The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool.
Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off

El servicio del staff es pesimo. Tuvimos que esperar media hora para que alguien aparezca a darnos las llaves de la habitación.
El lugar promociona que tiene wifii y aire acondicionado, pero ninguno de los dos andaba.
Para rematarla, el breakfast para cuatro personas era un shot de cafe.
Al momento del check out, ellos se confundieron cuando tenian que cobrarme, porque no hablaban ni italiano, ni ingles, y despues me llamaron amenazandome con llamar a la policia.
NO RECOMENDABLE.

Nice B&B in a picturesque area.
Posted 9 Nov 2019 on HotelsScilla is a lovely little town in a good location for some places that we needed to visit. La Lacondiera was quite nice for a B&B in a tiny town. We had a fine room with a sweet tiny balcony with a lovely view. They were very helpful with a few unexpected problems that had nothing to do with them! We may have been the only ones there in Nov. since they set the breakfast buffet only when we said we would be downstairs for it. There is no one there after dark and you use your own key for the front door after hours. The bathroom was very small but workable. It is a fine place.

Location is cute and quaint, walking distance for everything in town. Lodging is clean and basic. Staff were non existent during the day. I had to wait quite some time before I was able to even check in.

Posted 12 May 2019 on HotelsOther people may like this place, but I was very disappointed with what I got for the price I paid.."...it is tiny and I actually paid and left because my weeekends are precious and I wasn't going to be able to relax there. I could barely move in the bathroom, the room was quite basic, but as I say, it was clean . More like a youth hostel really!

Hotel is in old town, no parking, but staff picked us up and took us to hotel. Very friendly.
