At check out, it was a near argument with the staff (who were asleep when I was trying to leave) about them saying I needed to have my room checked before I was “allowed” (in his words) to leave. They require from guests to make a reservation (which costs 8,000 Tenge which is quite steep) and then you can use the pool and sauna - but only for one hour. "I stayed in the property for two days only and I liked its location. It was within walking distance from the centre and the cost was right for the convenience. The owner cared too much for the safety of the room and its furniture. There were messages with fees and the table was covered with oilcloth. The carpet was not clean enough. The property does not have a restaurant, so breakfast is not available even for extra payment. On the other hand, there are many restaurants around."
