The staff was very kind and helpful. I have food, allergies, and they created a whole three course meal special for me each night."

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. "The hotel is very close to the Pilani gondola. An easy walk even in all your ski gear and carrying your equipment. It is also very near to other restaurants and bars and only a few minutes walk to shopping. We found it very easy to get around the town without transportation and had a fantastic stay. "This hotel was fantastic. They had the friendliest staff that was willing to help with anything. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The biggest surprise was all the extras that we got wit our room. A 3:30 to 4:30 afternoon coffee hour with fresh fruits and delicious cakes, access to top quality pool (with a water slide), the "summer card" for all kinds of included and discounted activities in the area. "The details were wrong. The building has been refashioned as a ski shop and is unrecognisable. The room next to mine was very noisy, leaving a crate of beer outside my room. They were so rowdy they set the fire alarm off at 4am. I paid the high pri e because I believed breakfast was included and that this accommodation was a chocolate box style chalet style Hotel. Instead I got a ski shop with rooms. Please arrange a 50% refund"
