We greatly appreciate your kind words regarding the friendly and helpful service of our F&B team.Due to the prevailing night temperatures (5 – 8 degrees), our air conditioning has been switched off since mid of September. At the same time, running the air conditioning, which unfortunately cannot be controlled in specific areas, despite our attempts for more than an hour to cool the room for you, contradicts our philosophy of responsible resource management.With the alternative room we offered, we wanted to demonstrate that with the balcony door open and the radiator turned off, the room temperature drops to well below 20 degrees within minutes.In the evenings, the cool mountain air flows into the valley and naturally provides a pleasant cooling, which unfortunately was not sufficient for you.Regarding your comment about the check-in process: We regret that the digital procedure gave you the impression that our team was not helpful. We aim to use modern and efficient processes to shorten waiting times and provide you with a quick and convenient check-in. Of course, our staff is always available to assist with any questions or concerns.Regarding the location of the hotel, we understand your concern. Our property is located in a more secluded and peaceful part of Schladming, allowing many guests to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings without interferences from car noise and trains.Despite the setting, we have excellent local connections that make it easy for guests to explore the region. Many of our visitors value this balance between serenity and accessibility.We take your feedback seriously and will review options to further enhance the comfort of our guests in this regard.Best regards,
