Very good staff took care of a complaint I had about room being too hot solved issue. Great amenities especially in kitchen, spacious layout, great balcony. I would stay there again. Lots of parking, near town.

Amazing view of the mountains! Wish our room faced them instead of the woods. Pool was under construction. Restaurant was in a different build and had to be booked ahead of time. Not very convenient. Elevator needed an upgrade. No air conditioning despite that being advertised. No ice.

Thank you for writing a review about your experience with us. We always try our best to give the mountain view to as many people as we can but some do end up on the backside if we are fully booked which was the case here. As the restaurant in our second building is not part of us and basically a regular restaurant for any guest, reservations are a normal procedure to ensure having space for your dinner. We do not advertise air conditioning but we are able to hand out ventilators on request. Also, ice makers are not part of our advertised inventory but the restaurant might have been willing to sell/give out some for you if asked.Your Alpine Club Team

When you have a guest it is important that you make them feel that their time is worth it and have respect for them. I have booked a hotel to use their pool for renovation but it was under repair. The restaurant was under repair. I have been charged the same, the same rate when these services were active. On the other hand, they refused to check me in before and they did not agree to change my towels when I wanted to take a bath. When you have inactive services, you replace them with others. That simple. It is not a hotel that has the category of receiving people who have traveled all over the world. And finally I had moths in the room, yes, moths.

Dear anonymous Guest,I am honestly sorry, that you could not enjoy your stay in our resort upon your expectations.The moth is a night butterfly, which flies in if you keep your window open and keep your lights on. Anytime it happens we are happy to assist to let them fly out in the nature again and advise the guests how to avoid the butterfly to fly in again. To improve the quality of the facilities is our highest priority. New pool, new restaurant service included. We reflect the temporary closure in the prices all the time and inform in advance best we can (web pages, booking channels, pre-arrival emails). We hold on to our cleaning schedule and are happy to assist with requests out of this schedule. Recommendations for restaurants near by are part of our communication on the reception. Sorry,that you did not contact us directly during your stay. We would be happy to explain the difference between hotel and resort, what we are.

Apartment was generous and well proportioned. Good basic amenities but as the pool and restaurant were shut we were a little stuck. It is within walking distance of Schladming but it's a long walk back up hill. Shag pile carpet a little odd. Clean rooms, well laid out and equipped.

A bit dated and under construction so parking is a bit tough.
