The hotel is using their authority to deduct the amount of the staying multiple times, i spoke with the recieption they said that it is an error with their system, and this issue will not happen again, and it is happened

Handy for historic centre and the main sites - walking distance from Centraalstation. On first view the bright colours used inside the hotel were unusual but complimented the modern aspect. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, minimal noise from inside and out. Room had everything required. Staff very helpful. Only negative was room only had one very soft pillow though I suppose I could have asked for more. Would certainly use again when in Antwerp.

Nice location, easy to walk to explore Antwerp. Some staff was really friendly, some completely unfriendly..
