We spend one night there.
Property was very clean & smells really nice!
Very quiet. Will definitely use them again if there is an emergency like last time!

the carpet was cleaned but very outdated with numerous stains. the dresser had missing handles on it.
needs to be updated.
staff and breakfast were fine.

They incorrectly charged us the damage deposit for our room and we had to fight with them with them to get it back. We have stayed in hundreds of rooms over the years and have never damaged anything nor been charged the damage deposit.
As the icing on the cake, we got ripped off on the US to Canadian exchange rate and lost $6.00 Canadian on the return of our money, even though the Canadian dollar went down in value while we were waiting for the refund. It’s not the $6.00 that matters, it’s the principle of the whole experience. The staff is untrained. Neither the juice nor coffee machines were working and they couldn’t fix them. Needless to say,we will never be back.

Nice staff, friendly. Place is convenient if staying in Rotterdam. A little dated but clean and nicely maintained. TV reception and choices not great.
