Checking in was a little rough, the hotel did not have my reservation, not sure if it was a Expedia or hotel issue, the staff was able to handle it and still gave me a room. Will definitely look at booking directly with the hotel instead of Expedia in the future.

We were very disappointed with their service as our room was not cleaned for 3 consecutive days even after we requested each day after the first day of no service, they acknowledged and advised they’d clean it and yet no service. Finally last night we requested to get a new room close by. They didn’t even try to redeem themselves to do anything extra. And we had to request to change the room. No need to say, we’re not coming back.
