"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. "It was an unconventional set up but we still had an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately the bed wall wasn’t working but it was repaired once reported. We didn’t realise that amenities like tea/coffee/microwave were only available in a shared lounge area which wasn’t close to our room but that was our oversight. "

"Great location, the monti circus sets up right outside if you’re a fan check that out. Only a 5 min walk to the train station and about 10-15 to city center. Only issue we had was contacting the hotel directly but expedia was able to assist us. "Very easy to get to and easy to check-in. I only stayed for one night and wished I could have stayed longer. The hotel is on top of a grocery store which is very convenient. "

"Property was rather spartan, not even a bottle opener in the cutlery. And the apartment had a strong smell of stale smoke particularly on one bedroom. The response from management was very rapid but the provision of a reed diffuser did little to assuage the issue despite best intentions. "Interesting room design, where the bathroom does not have a proper door but separate from living area with a curtain. Room can be stuffy at times especially if you are used to AC. If you need to store luggage after checking out, it is in a locked room but luggage will not be labeled or checked by staff. Location is walkable to Zurich station but probably not recommended if you have big luggages with you. "

"Great spot to stay in Zurich. Very friendly and attentive staff. The included breakfast (if you arrange for it) is a great value. Delicious buffet and you also have menu options. Staff in restaurant are excellent. Safe and pleasant walking to lots of shops. The train station nearby has an excellent Christmas market if you are visiting during the season. "

"There's free tea/coffee is available from an area just in front of the reception office and the lounge is comfortable if you don't want to sit in your room. Having expected nothing to be provided, I was surprised to find handwash and shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom, along with a hairdryer. Our room didn't have a wardrobe but there was hooks and a couple of hangers plus a shelving unit available had we wanted to unpack. The ladies at reception were very helpful with transport info and also provided a corkscrew (the bottles of wine we got at the nearby supermarket were not screwcap!) and a plug adaptor (we had European adaptors but the Swiss plug sockets are a different shape) on request. Our room was ready soon after we arrived (approx 9.30am) which was very much appreciated. We were also able to leave our luggage, in a locked room, after we'd checked out. At the price paid and given the superbly central location, close to the main train station and to the trams, we'd happily stay there again. "
