The food for breakfast was delicious as well. By far the very best part of our stay was the friendly staff. Lisa and her team were warm, welcoming, accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. "Very warm welcome feom the hotels reception staff member, nomlift bit its just a one floor then it should not be a problem, car park by the hotel is great, just mind that if you come out after 8 pm then ise your room key to open the main entrance,i was not told and luckily i guessed. The bed mattress are seriously old amd sogy but all very clean. A tip maybe an extension for coffee maker and kettle would make a bice touch as well as a swit h for the coil fan in the bathroom so a guest dos not...

"Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, die Zimmer sind schön. Es gibt Parkplätze vor und hinter dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war allgemein sauber, hätte aber mit ein wenig mehr Aufwand perfekt sein können. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man sich wünscht und Getränke wie Kaffee, Tee oder auch Smoothies sind inklusive. Hätten wir geahnt, dass man die Therme kostenfrei nutzen kann, hätten wir auch Badesachen mitgenommen. "

"Superb hotel in a beautiful setting. The rooms are fairly luxurious and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely be very happy to stay there again. There is a covered bike shed at the back of the building. One thing that was a shame is there was nowhere to lock a bike to such as a Sheffield stand or tie down point. So the bike was locked to itself in a shed and behind a gate with a code. "

"Lovely little hotel, right on the river and walking distance to the outlet shops. Free parking was included as well. Breakfast was amazing, good choice of cold meats and cheeses, plus the eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend, and when I am next in Roermond to visit the shops then I will 100% be looking to book here again."
