Me and my partner noticed how convenient it was and the big christmas decorations displays arpund the stairs, qas good for the price

The hotel was very pleasant generally, but unfortunately we were put into a room which seemed to have been forgotten. The radiator did not work and the room could only be heated with a convection heater, the cleaning was inadequate and the kettle contained so many bits of questionable matter that we did not risk using it.

I liked the way the staff were helpful , in reception and dining room , the meals were nice , and the room comfortable , and equipped with all i needed ,, thank you The Royal ,.

I had a meal in the restaruant wich i had to pay for before dining i had only just sat down when the meal arrived it must have been pre prepared , some might say good service , but it was poor i will never stay there again.
