Nice little place, allows pets got a restaurant, bar and lounge, lift for disabled

Overall it was okay. If you want a decent night sleep or have children you may want to avoid as the hotel across the road is extremely noisy we were woken up to the live band

Every thing was fine, staff were friendly and helpful rooms are clean, bed comfy but parking can be a problem.

First time staying here and will definately be going back. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming too.

Hotel clean, but only issue was the shower curtain. it was very dirty.

Some areas could do with a little TLC (ie paint finishes and stains) but beyond that, it was spotless. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food was great and good prices. The hotel was quiet, even with a bar downstairs. I stayed with my granddaughter on the 3rd floor. Twin room small but adequate. Easy walk to train station and down to South Bay. We will be going again!
