Was a nice hotel. The only thing was the overwhelming smell of indian food/spices as you exit the elevator. The room is a little outdated with stains on the chairs and no black out curtains.

Good plc to relax. Out of city with fresh air. Overall, I'm satisfy with my stay. It will be good that the hotel can provide room slippers and to provide bottled water on daily.

Check in service was terrible, the lift service was just ridiculous. Rooms were dirty and stank. There was a noisy draft under the door, the vent in the bathroom rattled all night. Not a great experience at all!

Very quiet location, yet close to all the action. Our apartment was very large and had everything we needed to feel like home. The room was very clean and the front desk staff were helpful. We will stay again!

We arrived on a very late flight from Brisbane which the hotel staff were aware of. We retrieved our key cards from the lock box and they didn’t work so we tried the after hours number. He was very rude and kept hanging up on us as we tried to explain that our cards didn’t work and we couldn’t access the hotel.
We were left standing outside in the cold with our two kids until a resident gave us access to the lobby to wait.
Two hours later a maintenance man came and we were able to get into our room which we found rather dusty and basic.
The next morning we went to reception and the reception supervisor was so flipping rude. He basically said there was nothing wrong with the key cards and was quick to secure a hold on our credit card while talking to every other person that entered Reception. Such terrible customer service!
The only saving grace was the friendly housekeeping ladies and the location.
We will definitely NOT be staying here again.

1. Location is great and near to Scarborough Beach.
2. Beach is beautiful and has rows of fancy eateries to eat and be merry.
3. It is 5 minutes walk from Coles Supermarket for groceries shopping.
4. It is 7 minutes drive to Karrinyup shopping mall which is a fantastic mall that is new, vibrant and houses mass brands for great shopping experience.
5. Hotel room Carpet is old and requires a changeout. Wood flooring will be ideal for customers who face asthmatic issues.
6. Hotel lift requires servicing.
7. Hotel reception is friendly and helpful.
8. Hotel kitchen for cooking is great with ample utensils, and kitchen wares for both cooking and dish washing.
9. Requires plastic bags changeout for trash
10. To include disposable slippers for hygiene purposes
